Blink Sync Module 2 stops working after 11 months. The device cannot connect to home wifi anymore. Customer Support (Val) continues asking me to reset the device hoping it can fix the hardware defect. Poor quality product. Poor customer support.

Don't bother. Get more sophisticated camera system. It stops working and Blink customer service just gets you to purchase new sync module, saying its out of date. (No help when your system goes down). By the time you have done this repeatedly, you are better spending the money on a more sophisticated system. Eg Ajax

Don't bother. By the time you get your doorbell camera to engage the post person has gone. Camera really slow to respond in the app and before blink customer service return a comment like, your internet is slow, I suggest they read all reviews as a huge problem, I read. Another thing is when it's time to buy a subscription they take the money and it does not connect to record. Numerous engagement with customer service and they just don't seem to get it and use every excuses in the book. If you cancel the camera and doorbell as they suggest to reconnect, it failed. Opened a new account and try to link the camera and doorbell and app told me the items where linked to another account and this was after cancellation??? What a load of cobblers from tech support sorry I mean contactable someone who wrights of a screen. Sum up. Poor customer service, cameras ok, doorbell s--t. Binned the lot and gonna try another more expensive brand after all it's security we are all after and blink does not offer that.

The indoor plug in is good in the garage and facing outside for the front porch. The outdoor battery cameras always go offline and need battery changes. Best Buy used to change the batteries, but now they switched to a new service agreement. Now I have to pay handyman to get on the ladder to change batteries all the time. Very inconvenient to say the least. I’m thinking outdoor wired with heavy duty extension cords may be a better option because it’s a real pain in the rear!

It's going in the bin and my only solice is to tell you not to buy! My other cheaper cameras with SD cards are sooo much faster with all the features with no subscription!! DONT BUY BLINK!! CRAP!

Products worked fine for a year (have a doorbell, 1 outdoor cam and 2 indoor), then I upgraded an outdoor 3 to a 4. After a month clips would not save to the USB. They replaced the sync module, but it didn't solve the problem. Blink Support (Pooja) is awful. They just tell you to reset the system, every time. They do not read responses you give, they just cut and paste responses. Been "trouble shooting" for over a month now. No solution, just cut and paste responses. I've requested their supervisors name and email and they refuse. Worst support ever!

Horrible product Eats battery's like crazy Don't waste your money
