Had a door bell camera for 2years ,It continually will not produce video . It works for a while then have to call tech support which painful as they all are not helpful .I have asked if it works well without a subscription and I get back Yes . I guess that my business isn't important . And after 1/2 hr on tech the will not call back .

Un buon prodotto. Ma al termine della prova, 30 giorni, devi assolutamete acquistare un abbonamento altrimenti, anche con blink sync module 2 acquistato separatamente, molte funzioni vengono bloccate e continui saranno gli allerts di movimento che non è più possibile gestire.

Te engañan para que compres, pensando que funciona sin suscripción,y una ve que pasan los 30 días no vale para nada, no ves el directo, nada de nada,y no estoy dispuesto a pagar 5€ al mes por un servicio que debería ser incluido al comprar el timbre. Al final tenemos un timbre y nada mas

Sync module broken its own. I didn’t touch it. They refused to replace it. Terrible service.

Since I can't give my Blink outdoor 4 system zero stars, I'll give it one. It is a waste of money, do NOT purchase Blink products. It barely worked during the free trial period, after the free trial period, nothing works. I refuse to rent my purchase so I declined their subscription option and instead purchased a Blink Module 2. I have reset EVERYTHING repeated times, I have been on the phone with their tech "support" for an hour and a half, nothing was resolved, this product does not work, do NOT purchase Blink products.

Horrible product only thing worse than the product is the customer service As soon as you need help, the only help you can get is from their AI, which gives you a list of a couple of options for problems if your problem isn’t one of those options (and it won’t be) then you’ll be SOL days I’ve wasted days trying to troubleshoot their POS camera by anything other than a product associated with Amazon

Unzuverlässiger Batteriefresser. Wie haben seit 2024 vier Blink outdoors im Einsatz. Na ja, Einsatz kann man das nicht nennen. Die Zuverlässigkeit der automatischen Aufnahmen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Katze und der Maikäfer im Vorbeiflug werden registriert und aufgenommen, der Fahrradfahrer, der uns auf unserem Vorplatz ins Auto gefahren ist, wurde ignoriert. Alles Einstellen hilft nichts bis wenig. Im Livebildmodus dauert es teilweise 30 bis 40 Sekunden, bis die Verbindung steht. Da ist der Paketzusteller weg, bevor wir wissen, wer klingelt… dafür funktioniert die Tonaufnahme extrem gut. Das System kann als Abhörstation genutzt werden, jedes Wort, auch in 20 m Abstand, ist gut hörbar. Und so laut, dass die Lautstärke am Handy jedesmal runtergesetzt werden muss. Das schlimmste aber ist die Batterielaufzeit: In den frequentierten Bereichen halten die vielleicht 2 Wochen. Meilenweit entfernt von 2 Jahren. Alles in allem ein unzuverlässiges Spielzeug. Kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen. 2 Sterne resultieren aus dem günstigsten Beschaffungspreis. Eigentlich gehört hier wieder ein Stern abgezogen, weil das Abo für die Cloudspeicherung mit 10€ Abzocke ist. Ohne Cloudspeicherung ist die Nutzung aber komplett obsolet.

Trash company and trash products. Cameras capture nothing and never work. Company blames your WiFi. It when you ask for the logs that show this they dance around the issue and never provide it. They’ve been jerking me off more months. I have several smart devices in the same home that don’t have issues so clearly not my WiFi. Made the mistake of buying newest version hoping they were passable as the older ones just don’t work at all, worked ok for about a month and now are just paperweights. This is a do not buy!!!! Shame on Amazon
