BlinkReviews of blinkforhome.com

The product is simply not good- cameras stop working, wont load live view, or only record movement sometimes. Customer service was not helpful at all and I cant even get a refund.

I have chatted with “Blinkie” their AI who could not tell me why my cameras are showing different times when I watch the recorded clips and how to adjust them? When I 1st had Blink Cameras, I could email them for any problems - not now apparently. I do not like phoning people so I will have to put up with a system that is not fit for purpose (if the police need to use it as evidence, the time will be incorrect and lead to complicating evidence). DO NOT BUY!

The SYNC module died after one year and nine months. Customer service tried to bring it back to life, but when he couldn’t, he just told me I needed to buy another one. Things no longer last forever, but I feel like it should last at least two years before it dies.

I am on my 2nd blink video doorbell camera. I went with blink a 2nd time because of price however it has been problem after problem & their customer service is NON EXISTENT! If you happen to be lucky enough to get a response no one has a clue what the real problem is!

Crappy cameras! Do not purchase the mini blink cameras. Seems the Blink inventor does not want the system to be user friendly unless you sign up for their monitoring service.

Our video doorbell was within the Blink 2 year warranty. It began to malfunction and we contacts Blink Customer Support via email and phone for over a month. We carried out all the troubleshooting more than once and it still did not work properly. I asked to enact the warranty and they ignored me . They said a supervisor would call back - still no response and no call. They have been obstructive and unhelpful. I would avoid completely! Terrible service

Blink started a paid subscription and ruined it for me.......I bought several models of their cameras whenever they came out but I refuse to pay their subscription fees as it used to be free, just a slap in the face for being a great and loyal customer . I am looking into other options for my home security system and have written blink off as a money grabber hassle.
