Remake Miracle
Despite measuring incorrectly on my end Blindster came through with not one but 2 sets of beautiful easy to install blinds. Super grateful for the return policy and the incredible customer service.

Poor shipping service
I was pleased with the blinds but shipping service with FedEx was not good. They left the blinds at the wrong address, luckily for me I recognized the house and I was able to get them myself. Problem number two one box was torn open and the mounting hardware was outside the box but taped well enough that nothing was lost.

Good quality
Good quality. Great service. Wrong size was ordered and did not fit. Blindster remade and delivered new blinds promptly at a reasonable cost.

I love the upside down/downside up…
I love the upside down/downside up blinds. I am able to have privacy yet also allow all the sun light I like to have in my house. The blinds are easy to install and use.
