Blindster.comReviews of blindster.com

I received my order quickly, the blinds fit well in the windows and installation was easy. The No-Tools Vinyl Faux Wood blinds didn't look like faux wood; more like thick vinyl. That was a little disappointing, but I should've been more thorough in looking at the photo of the up-close blind. The other faux wood blinds I received are very nice and look great in my windows. I had an issue with the brackets with one of my No-Tool blinds (had ordered 3) and I called to purchase new brackets. Cindy in Customer Service was able to set up a new set of brackets for me at no charge. Blindster is a company that stands behind their product.

The website was easy to navigate and understand. We made a large order and it went smoothly. The next morning we received an email from Sam explaining that we could receive samples from the company to make sure that we were getting the right shade for our windows. Our order was put on a 24 hour hold and our discounts and codes were honored. This courtesy was appreciated. I called and talked to Lola to order the samples and she was very helpful in explaining the timetable from receiving the samples, finalizing our order and receiving the final products. We also were happy to receive samples of several other colors for future use. Great customer service by email and phone.

Fairly easy instructions and great products. Fair delivery time and great packaging.

Great quality products at affordable prices. The whole process was very simple and the products were very easy to install.

I ordered several samples beforehand and found the perfect look for Mom’s sunroom windows. Quality products and easy to order for custom fit and at a very reasonable price. I didn’t think we could afford custom sized blinds until I found Blindster.com

I ordered three 48X60 double cell blinds for my kitchen. The fact that I could request a sample of the blind first to match color (in my case) and see how the double cell worked was a game changer. After seeing the sample, I was able to order with confidence. What I received was very well made with a smooth mechanism that allows the shades to go up and down. I LOVE these blinds.

Ordered 4 custom sized outdoor solar shades. They all arrived quickly and each one fit perfectly. They were easy to install and look fabulous. The first day I hung them we had very warm temps and the sun was beating down on one side of the porch. After lowering two of the shades, temps dropped, the porch was comfortable and remained that way the rest of the day. It cooled off at night. Once I dropped the other two blinds, the porch retained some heat and kept the bugs out. Great product.

Love them!!!!! Easy to install and when we had a question, customer service solved it in about 5 seconds! Unbelievable and THANK YOU! (We'll be ordering more!)
