Dear BLEUSALT Team, I was truly excited to try the pieces I ordered—the colors and quality are beautiful. Unfortunately, I found that some items don’t fit my body as well as I hoped, so I’ll only be keeping a few pieces. I used a promo code that was provided to me, not realizing that this would classify the order as “sale items.” I understand this may be stated on your site, but from my experience with other retailers, using a coupon code doesn’t typically restrict returns in the same way as purchasing marked-down sale items. I kindly ask if you would consider making an exception and allow me to return the pieces I won’t be wearing, while keeping the ones that fit. I truly love your clothing, and moving forward I’ll avoid using promo codes so that returns remain straightforward. Thank you for your consideration, and for creating such beautiful pieces. I really enjoy my BLEUSALT wardrobe. I have many pieces and always get compliments when I wear them. I can trust that a size 3 will fit in almost everything I purchase (except the tank dress was a little too slim). I would give them five stars except for the shipping takes forever. In fact I ordered some pieces on Sept 21 thinking they would be here by now as I wanted them for an overseas trip; but alas, they aren’t. Advice: spend the $ for expedited shipping.

I am so happy with BLEUSALT. It’s been years since I felt completely comfortable with the look and feel of my wardrobe. I’ve ordered several items and been really happy with almost everything. To be honest I’ve actually transitioned my entire wardrobe and BLEUSALT is all I want to wear. I left this review one star short as I’ve struggled a bit with the return of a couple items that did not quite fit. Overall this company is amazing and I’m thrilled to have found you.

I really love the clothing. It's so soft and holds its shape. The only thing that just irks me is the length of time it takes to get my order. I am talking well over a week. Not once but every single time. I do use the free shipping but my typical order is about $250. I live on the east coast, so I understand that it is traveling across the country but other products I have ordered, the same day, with free shipping arrive several days before my order from Bleusalt and some orders are from overseas, Canada, and California. I just don't understand it. Is it Fedex? There always seems to be a delay. I will say if I don't care when the items arrive, I am always happy to receive my order. I also wish you could use the rewards in combination with a sale. I have yet to use any of the rewards I have earned because I cannot combine them with a sale, so why bother.

I love the styles, incredible softness of the fabric and the fit of your clothing. I haven’t ordered for a while as before long the surface of the fabric shows pilling and small snags making it really only usable as at home loungewear. I have written to the company about this before but have not received an answer. I suppose there is nothing to be done about it. I am surprised though that I don’t see it mentioned in other reviews as it’s likely a common issue. It’s enough to keep me from ordering more clothing though.

I sent DM to Bleusalt and Lyndie Benson replied and processed my return directly. As I wrote before, I highly recommend you read the refund policy before placing your order and if you have a problem, then contact them via DM. It seems like that is the fastest way to talk with Bleusalt. Overall, I appreciate their support. The reason that I rated four stars here is I am not satisfied with my previous order. I love their design and fit, but the quality wasn't good enough for my standard. I am not going to write the full details here. You can see all the positive reviews for their brand quality, so it is your call!

I love, love the fabric, the style, and the fit. I got my first piece a few weeks ago and immediately ordered another one. However, your return policy for reduced items does keep me from purchasing more - I think you should make it easier to exchange pieces, especially if it is just a sizing or color issue and not a refund.
