These are not high-end or elegantly constructed or looking pieces. I ordered my first set, went all out, 2 pairs of pants, two cindy tops, a wrap… $1000 +\-. I expected cozy chic. Yes fabric is soft. No comment. Stitching and construction are definitely not high end! Threads sticking out everywhere, wrap looks like sth I’d hem myself with my initials looking huge and wonky. Zero elegance, zero precision, zero elegance in how hems and stitches are done. I have cheap pajamas that manage to have nicer finishes on those waste strings. To be luxury is HOW things are made. This looks wonk. Will wear at home only unfortunately.

I am extremely nervous after reading the reviews regarding their return policy I am a first time customer and not at all sure about their sizing and it is always difficult to get a good sense of the colors online. I over-ordered to find out which size is right for me .. because I ordered over $1000, I was given reduced pricing… but from reading customer reviews, this might be misleadingly interpreted as sale items and any returns could be denied. If that is the case, it is extremely misleading and devious. I am worried and have been trying to call them to cancel the order if this is the case but I get no response to calls or emails.

I just can’t with BLEUSALT - troubles with ordering, receiving a timely manner, getting in touch with customer service and then the quality…it’s just mediocre at best and shows wear like cheap fabrics from Target. When I reviewed negatively, 2 days ago, on Instagram - they blocked me. Heaven help us if anyone actually does not just say positive things. I’ll say it AGAIN here - it’s a marketing company not a clothing company (and I have worked in the apparel industry for over 30 years). The quality sucks - trust me, buyer beware.

I posted a review on your website regarding the scarf. I gave it 2 stars and explained that the scarf may be soft, but it leaves lint on your clothes. The machine stitch is sloppy in the corners. You can buy better made scarves for the price you are charging. I noticed my review is not shown.

When Bleusalt first came out it was amazing! Quality amazing and good customer service. Recently, I have placed several orders and received low quality products-stitching coming apart, unevenly sewn buttons, tags falling off, and inside out sewn cuffs and buttons. I used to be able to easily return these items or if I ordered an item of an ill fit size, I could exchange for a new size. Bleusalt keeps changing their return policies. Recently I was told I could now longer exchange an item for a different size and I couldn’t return it either because they do not except returns or exchanges. Customer service and quality and severely gone down hill, especially for the price of the items. Buyer beware, if your item is falling apart or doesn’t fit, you will probably be stuck with it. So unfortunate for a company that used to be awesome. So much potential.

Bleusalt has mastered the marketing game for their product. Claims of the sustainable un-cashmere leave you with and empty wallet and a subpar product. I personally ordered clothing and scarves. When they arrived the fit was great, but disappointed that the fabric snags and pills easily. After wearing only two times, fabric looks well used and unsightly. Additionally, the swing top and scarves edges are not finished, showing raw edges only stitched with a serger, very disappointing for a pricey product. Lastly, I wore the camel colored scarf with a black sweater, which was a huge mistake! My black sweater was destroyed by massive shedding and pilling that embedded in my sweater and was very difficult to remove. Even after two washes, the scarf cannot be worn without transfer shedding onto other clothing and coat. You have been for-warned, their products are a complete waste of money.

The product is very nice but the customer service is terrible. I purchased 3 items during one of their site wide promotions. I made 3 calls to customer and never got through to a person and never received a call back. I finally heard back after emailing. I wanted to exchange one item for another size and was told it was final sale because it was purchased on sale. After several emails i was offered a "one time courtesy" to return the item. I could re-order it, however, i would need to pay the shipping. When buying from a brand for the first time it is trial and error finding the right size (also the sizes are 1-6) despite the sizing guide. Overall nice product, but buyer beware when making a first time purchase.

My advice to Bleusalt customers is to be sure of your size before ordering. I tried to exchange my item for a smaller size and found it next to impossible to navigate that exchange online. What I did next was call the customer service number and was delighted when a woman actually answered and promised to email me the proper “return for exchange” slip to put on the package. No email ever arrived. I called two more times and left a message with my contact info. No response. Here I am now with an item sized for a larger woman that I cannot wear. Would I recommend Bleusalt to friends and family? Probably not. Time to revamp and make it easier for customers Bleusalt! ( the two stars are only for the style and comfy fabric) Suzan Plath
