Nice Products But Stingy Return Policy
This unremarkable 3-star review is mostly based on Bleusalt’s return policy and value, rather than the quality of their products. As a senior living on a fixed income, I’m unlikely to ever pay full price for a $190 top, so I recently placed my first order during a sale. Being unfamiliar with Bleusalt’s unique sizes, I used their calculator rather than ordering my usual size based on a chart, and since the calculator recommended a larger size than was shown on the chart, I even subtracted the ten pounds I’m planning to lose. Nonetheless, I was swimming in the tops when I received them today. I’m 5’9” tall and they still remind me of an oversized Comfy. While I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a refund since they were on sale, I immediately thought I would exchange them or reorder a smaller size. But nope. There are no exchanges and the sale has now ended, so I would have to pay another $100 to reorder the same tops. I know others might decide to just keep the tops, since they are soft, comfortable, and appear to be good quality. However, I’m old enough to know I’d never wear them, especially if I needed to leave the house. So, back they go and I’ll sit on my $300 store credit until there’s another sale. It’s a shame a store with such a high price point has such a stingy return policy.
