Excellent experience & easy to checkout fast shipping and a+ communication . My only “complaint “ if it is one- is that I dont personally believe that its an equitable offering to give an extra discount for those who use the app For purchases… My mum is in her 80s and would not know how to operate an app & im sure there are others..(download etc) - it shld be the same across the board. App or not.

I really love this fabric but I’m struggling with sizing. Unfortunately everything that I’ve purchased has been on sale so I haven’t been able to exchange anything. So I’ve ended up with quite a few things that I’m not able to wear.

Lovely soft wraps, I have two of them. The material is great but the products are a bit expensive.

I adore the clothes and the delivery is quick and efficient even though I live in France.

Quality of the fabric is great. Customer service is also very good, generally speaking. What's frustrating: lack of consistently available size 6s (women), how quickly a lot of items run out (I'm looking at you, all that fun tie-dye stuff), and the absolutely insanity-producing games with the regular prices, sale prices, discount codes, etc. that often make me feel like I could have scored a better deal - if only. That being said, the tube skirt is a brilliant item, as are the cropped long sleeve tops. I do find that it takes some trial and error to find the right fit, the white items are too sheer, and some of the long dresses have pockets, while others do not. Also, when a new item is introduced in only three colors - black, white, and natural - I've got to say, I have SO MUCH navy, and that natural is a dreadful color on most people (optic white is far better). Despite the mixed bag quality of this review, I really love the brand, and confess to owning about 40 pieces at this point. I would love to see more of the bright colors - and please - just make the tube skirt in every color, all the time (what happened to that beautiful chocolate brown?).

I love the pieces that are offered! The fabric is amazingly soft and the fit are very comfortable. Would like to have more colors/patterns selection. One of the issues I have are when the points that have accumulated can be used, it’s very restrictive.

I like the products very much. Sizing does tend to be an issue because things fit so differently. I’m glad they added the moving hanger fit guide. Living in any country other than United States is a disadvantage because we don’t have any app for extra discount and bonuses. All customers should have same opportunity’s for discount no matter where you live. The point system has changed and not for the better. Customer Service is good and shipping is very reasonable along with exchange and return process. Styles are great and colours are lovely. The styling videos are wonderful and sizing inclusion is amazing. The live shows on Instagram are a must see. Very informative. The capsule collection is a favourite of mine.

Products are wonderful, love that the fabric is the same and we can add new colors or style seasonally. I do think your return rules are not consistent with what we are used to with other manufacturers or retailers. You advertise sales often. But we get surprised that we can’t return. After trial and error I know my size. I fear you have some mad customers. Your sizing isn’t always consistent. I have 5 items all size 3. I’m a 6/8 in every other line. In yours large. I’d also add a “sort by size” to your App. We can shop much easier! Keep improving we will keep buying!
