This company must’ve taken the bad reviews seriously and made some positive changes. My customer service experience was fantastic. Recently ordered blazer and pants, both too small (this collection seems to run small, so don’t go by the size ex:4=size 14/16) go by the measurements) Very easy to return online. Bought same blazer on sale larger size and different style unisex pants in size 4, again! Ugh! Sale items are final sale, but I called their customer service to ask for an accommodation this one time for my mistake. I had gone by my size and didn’t bother to look at the measurements for the pants. Phone answered quickly by a human. My order had not shipped yet so she was able to help. We discussed what size would fit and she was able to switch out to a larger size on my order. 100% of the time when I’ve attempted to change anything on an order with other companies that’s even just been placed moments before, I’m told it’s not possible. I really like the fabric and style of the items I returned, so looking forward to receiving new order. Will review them after wearing.
