Not a great experience. I ordered a dimplex fireplace and it arrived damaged. Blazzing fire was responsive at first and arranged for it to be sent back but I was then told that they sold their last one and don’t have an undamaged unit to send to me. And I still have not received my money back and haven’t gotten a response to my last email about it. I would definitely not shop here again and would advise others to stay away.

Bought a 72 inch electric Demplex fire place. Just finished the install and so happy with the results. Excellent customer service!!! They hand wrote a thank you card and send some hot sauce. Who does that anymore???? Not Amazon!!! I will be a repeat customer Scott Westminster, Colorado

Plastic! My Dimplex arrived BROKEN! (the firedog) Glue and clamps and trying to figure out why it has to be so cheap! I know, I know you will tell me I should send it back, etc. Let me tell you what YOU should do......make the things substantialy stronger...I don't have time to pack and return or to deal with you and/or Dimplex in the future.
