The sales person was very helpful and professional.

The fire place arrived broken. 2 months later, and no replacement or resolution, despite my multiple attempts and offering of different solutions. When I immediately contacted customer service, they advised that a replacement part would not be available for at least 5 months - early 2023. When I advised this was unacceptable for a new in box product, and requested a replacement or refund - I was then told that the replacement part would arrive mid October. Here we are October 25, and I have yet again more emails into customer service requesting an updated status on the replacement part. Who wants to buy a Fireplace for the winter, just to have it sit there and not work??

The package of glue and hardware arrived damaged.they sent a new one within 4 days. Totally satisfied.

The logs are beautiful. Very fast shipping. We have followed the instructions for log placement and are still learning how to place the logs to avoid blackening. It's a learning process. I would definitely buy from your company again. Quality product and great customer service. Thank you.

Only 3/4 of the fireplace lights up. About a quarter near the end is blank. Very disappointing.

I received my order faster than it was originally expected and was very surprised and happy! I explained that my contractor had started my renovation and would finish in Nov. I can't wait to see my beautiful new gas fireplace.....just in time for the holidays!
