am glad i have a working remote now but the battery that was included, was the wrong one and I spent 30 min trying to fit that into the slot. Luckily I had the right battery and it worked. Overall a good experience but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail.

I purchased a Vestal vented ash dump door just before Christmas. The product arrived promptly but turned out to be of such poor quality that I couldn't even use it. I give Vestal zero stars for their quality but Blazzing Fire gave my money back including the shipping costs so that was the next best possible outcome.

Blazing Fire was great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our electric fireplace and it was nice to actually speak with a representative when I called. She was very thorough and professional.
