The item was correct and quickly shipped. The box was bashed badly all over, luckily my goods weren't damaged, but it made me question about ordering again.

Blazzing Fire customer service Awesome! First, Blazzing Fire's prices were the best I could find on the internet and much better than local companies. Second, I got a discount coupon. When it didn't work I called customer service and they gave me a replacement code immediately. When I placed the order I was advised it would take 3-5 business days. My package arrived within three days and included everything I needed. Installation was easy and instructions were complete. They even included an extra holiday package and a nice personal thank you note. Best experience I have ever had with an online vendor.
