Customer Service is as high as you can imagine. I received a reply within a few hours of my question. They had multiple links to multiple options. Once I purchased the item it was shipped and received within a couple of days. The items are extremely durable. Tough, reliable. Great App. Amazing Product. Perfect for every sports club.

The pods themselves are AMAZING! The customer service and trying to talk to a person and the lead up to actually getting the pods was dismally frustrating. Multiple emails sent with no response. I wanted to talk to a person prior to ordering. That didn’t happen. I only purchased as I know someone who had them and loved them. That said, they did provide a discount for the frustration prior to ordering. Pods are amazing. Sad that many of the extras require a monthly fee.

I had one of my pods not working and I emailed Blazepods customer service and within a few minutes they replied and processed a new one to be sent out. What a great customer support you guys have.

Blazepods are well made and have plenty of options available in the App. However, without locking you into an expensive annual subscription, customization, saving custom routines and flexibility are restricted allowing only basic functions. This was not clearly explained on the website prior to purchase. This is an expensive piece of equipment and having to pay an additional expensive ongoing annual subscription to go beyond very basic functionality is just not acceptable without a clearly worded warning to potential buyers BEFORE purchasing.
