The customer service experience for their warranty was well above my expectations. I initially emailed them through their website and they answered my query me instantly, transferring me to the right department. From there the customer service took amazing care of me. I have a brand new set of pods being shipped to me within a few hours of starting the warranty process. Cannot recommend the product, customer service and company enough.

Owen, the rep I worked with over the phone, was amazing. He helped answer all my questions and worked with our non-profit organization to secure the best pricing of the equipment we needed. The whole process from start to finish was amazing.

Very very responsive even late on a Friday night. Helpful but only challenge was that it was quite a long process for validating a relatively small fault. Elsewise done fast and efficiently.

BlazePod thoroughly assisted me in trying to resolve my issue with one of our pods. They completed an assessment and attempted to assist in fixing it. When it would not work, they sent us a replacement pod. They were timely and kind during the transaction.
