I purchased the BlazePod Trainer System expecting professional-quality equipment that I could use within my coaching sessions. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The system looked and felt more like a toy than a professional training tool. The six pods were much smaller than I had expected—approximately four inches in diameter—and the overall package was only around 12 inches in size. Considering the price, it felt rather like paying for a motorbike and receiving a model of one instead. In my honest opinion, the equipment looked amateur and did not represent good value for money. I therefore returned the system immediately through DPD. My CCTV clearly records the parcel being collected by the driver. Five days later, BlazePod says it has not yet received or validated the return and will not issue my refund until its logistics team confirms receipt. I appreciate that returns can sometimes take a few days to process, but I am understandably concerned because I have clear evidence that the parcel was handed to the courier. The money also came from a Sport England grant and needs to be reallocated responsibly. My experience of the product was disappointing, and the delay and uncertainty surrounding the refund have added to my concern. I hope BlazePod resolves the matter promptly. I will update this review fairly once the refund has been processed.

Could not find purchase transaction in their system even after I sent them a copy of it. Extremely short return refund policy only 14 days which means use it quickly and test all functions if you miss something after 14 days your out of luck. Closely check what activities that come with pods. If your use isn't automatically included be ready to pay $100.00 for subscription because you can not program it yourself unless you pay..

I used 12 pods for my Physical Therapy practice and out of the 12 within 2 years 1/2 of them now have lost a pin and unable to charge. The product is flawed. The customer service is great got back to me fast and their solution was to replace them with refurbished at my own cost which is only a $20.00 savings so prefer to buy new. I would say they have about 1.5 years life span, my home personal use I never used much at all and just broke 2 pins from two pods. I can't be the only one with this issue that actually uses weekly. I will be going to unfortunelty pay more for their competitors. Need them to last.

I bought the device at a very expensive price, but without joining the membership, it only has basic functions. This is a scam.

The reason I had to buy the adapters is that they break easily, especially when in the cone adapter. It is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a cheap piece of plastic, quite frankly, but you've got the advantage over me,

I'm just upset that I had to buy a new charging base to begin with. The way the first one broke made it seem very cheesy. Giving it one more chance....

Honestly it’s a good product but the subscription paywall limits what you can you without a subscription. This is a very expensive product to have such limited programs for non subscribers.
