BlazePods, the good the bad and the ugly
BlazePods are an incredible tool for personal trainers, offering a fun, competitive edge that clients love. They're probably my best investment in PT equipment—humans are drawn to the flashing lights and the app’s functionality, making it a powerhouse in training. However, they're expensive and not very durable. I've had one break and had to get it fixed locally. While the price of the lights can be somewhat justified, the accessories like cones, carriers, and mounts are overpriced. These items are worthless without the lights, so why make them so expensive? It’s scandalous that the bundles cost nearly £500 but don’t include all the essentials. Plus, there's a membership fee on top of that. BlazePod should offer one complete bundle with everything included—lights, accessories, and membership—especially when you're spending so much and expecting all features to work as promised. If you're selling a system that supports 12 pods, make sure everything works seamlessly. Despite this, I still recommend them—you won't be disappointed.
