Due to online credit card fraud being at an all-time high in the United States, the fraud detection suite provided by our major credit card merchant currently flags any order being shipped to a different state than it is billed to, since the vast majority of these orders tend to be fraudulent using a stolen card. However, our customer service department will always reach out via email to inform the customer of this action with the option to email back if they believe the order is legitimate. The order can then be re-placed and manually verified. Or you can choose to use another payment method like PayPal or Amazon Pay as those services authenticate you as the owner of the account and shipping to an address different from your billing address is possible.
