I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed. I am in the midwest and shipping is very fast. I made a mistake placing my last order and the customer support was excellent to get things in order.

Transmission fluid change kit for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. Shipped very quickly, especially considering it was Thanksgiving week and the free option. Very well packed. The 6 liters of fluid oozed slightly but were contained in a strong plastic bag system. My only concern is with the filter/pan included with the kit. It's not the Mopar part but is made by Meyle. It was shrink wrapped but came in a box with the seal broken. Looks to be good quality though. I had sent a question in before ordering as to who produced the filter and didn't hear back.

Quick and easy as always. Even had a problem with coupon code that was taken care of by Ronnie!

Still have not received parts ordered and find no way to communicate with company. Should find a better way to ship I've tracked this package from Wisconsin to Illinois Now today it in New Jersy One day it might make it to Connecticut
