I bought a Blackview Smart Watch. Battery is strong, it's waterproof and it has many features found on much more expensive watches. Good customer service too.

I wanted assistance in choosing a blackview phone that would meet the needs I had. I tried reaching out via chat, sat there for almost 2 hours at number one in que with no response. Looked for contact number, finally found one which just led to a recording stating busy and was disconnected. If this is the type of service I can expect once I purchase a phone I have to rethink my position on wanting a blackview.

Please use a credit card if you purchase a phone that is over £100.00 in value from Blackview. Otherwise you could be disappointed when you find out the 1 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
