terrible sound quality and not waterproof
right out of the box my bl8800 pro has terrible sound for phone calls and messages. it's, so far been impossible to reach anyone to fix this. also this issue is pretty common but on its site/s there's a section that talks about poor audio, and it only addresses problems that are caused by dirt in the mic(customers fault) and water in the mic (again customers fault) even though they claim that it's waterproof and not water resistant. not the customer's fault but the manufacturer's, and there's no mention of that on their documentation.

My phone broke due to a technical issue…
My phone broke due to a technical issue I have tried for the past month to get customer support to help me but nothing. I waited much longer then expected for the delivery almost 4 months then ibe had the phone maybe a month if not two now my phone will not work at all

Ron has been most helpful!
So I've been dealing with Ron via email after purchasing the BV9900E via the US Blackview store. I bought the phone and after a day the phone was dispatched. Ron sent me a tracking number. 5 days later, still no phone had arrived. I emailed Ron to let him know. He sincerely apologised as he let me know after another day later that my phone was lost in the post via UPS. Also informing me that it could take up to a month for it to be relocated and to hopefully then have it still arrive on my doorstep. With not wanting me to wait a month he quickly organised a 2nd BV9900E phone to me and thankfully just a day after it was dispatched, it thankfully arrived safely at my home. The phone is a sturdy device and am still finding out the pros of the phone! Although disappointed to not initially receive a phone, I am delighted with Ron's quick response to rectify the lost phone situation. I'll certainly use Ron and the team when I upgrade my rugged Blackview phone in the future. You won't be disappointed with their service so I can't thank them enough!

Have been dealing w/Ron over the phone at Blackview USA to purchase a part for my 9800 pro(great phone BTW). He has been excellent, answered all my questions and followed up w/emails every time. Shipment was prompt and overall customer service was top notch, 5 stars

I am warning everyone..DO NOT,BUY A PHONE FROM THE BLACKVIEW STORE..They,will take your money,and claim the phone is on the way..Its,been 4 weeks and I still haven't recieved my phone.. I keep getting run around when I try contacting them tru email..Do not waste your time with these store
