The initial contact and the company's response time to the request was quick. Used them twice in Miami. Both cars and drivers we superb. SUVs were pristine and drivers very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Black Ride. Our driver was early, waited patiently for us to get our luggage and helped us get to the car. We needed a car seat, which they provided, making traveling so much easier. Highly recommend

Used them for two rides in Miami when we took a cruise. Well worth the money. Both drivers were great! Got us to ship on time, even with roads closed due to a marathon run! Will use them next time also!

The Blackride staff was so unexpectedly responsive and communicative. I had so many questions about details/confirmation info along the way. They were gracious in a way that I almost no longer expect so it was nice to pleasantly surprised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
