Excellent services, always on time. Always easy to book with the best value per service

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very courteous and helpful. The vehicle was super clean and comfortable. All around was an excellent value. We already booked return trip.

Had never been ti Miami FL so was pretty much in the dark to how we needed to get around. Was looking on my phone and here was this service, I called asked questions on how this worked and and what we needed. I encountered a very patient representative that explained thoroughly how everything worked and set up a time to when to expect our driver. We needed to be picked up at the airport be taken to motel. Then tge following morning picked back up at the hotel and taken to the port for a cruise. Then a week later picked back up at the port and taken back to the airport. We would have been lost without this service they were on time very respectful looked professional acted professional and made sure we were where we needed to be on time. Our first driver was William and I was very impressed with him he was standing in the luggage area waiting on us, our flight had been delayed for about 4 hours and I was worried that they wouldn't show but there he was he greeted us with a smile I was so thankful he made conversation with my husband the whole time got us to the motel in a timely manner in which we would have never found if we had been driving. We had 5 of us in our party and all of our luggage in which he insisted on getting. The next morning another driver came I couldn't pronounce his name but he was just as gracious.

This is my second multiple ride booking with BR. Luke is great to deal with on the front end. He responds quickly. The rates have gone up but, what in this country has NOT gone up in the last 3 years? I highly recommend BR when you visit Miami.

Super easy. Driver arrived well in time. Fully accounted for potential traffic delays and delivered us to our destination for an on-time arrival. It made a great start to our vacation!

From the first quote to booking to getting us to the port this company went above and beyond!! We went on the Icon Saturday April 13, 2024 and used Blackride as our shuttle for 12 of us from a hotel near the airport in Miami. The original shuttle they sent us was stuck in traffic due to an accident and they immediately sent another one before I even knew it. They were still on time and the driver was so nice. Everyone that I spoke to their was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend them for your trip!

Drivers were both very professional and courteous. Vehicles were super clean and comfortable. My ride was airport - hotel - airport. Not just on time, they were early and quite patient. Great at navigating around traffic issues. I will use this service again this summer when i travel back to Ft Lauderdale!

The service was very good! Clean car! Perfect for a large family!
