I hate to have to do this but its only fair. Customer Service sucks, they dont stand by their word. Offer Free things and when i check out the items definitely weren't Free. I contacted them and they told me that the promotion was over yet I literally just got the email. All my followers will follow me I am sorry for your loss due to stupid customer service decisions. I dont care if your products are the best in the world, I won't buy anything from you people

Their towels breakdown after a couple uses. I sent them photos and was told they would m Not replace beci used them. I have the towels less than 30 days. Also make sure you read their return policy. Once opened it cannot be returned even if not used. They are supposed to honor replacement for defective items but do not. Also note that they do not have an option to talk directly to a representative. This is also a major red flag. I will be working with my lawyer to resolve this matter and make sure others are not taken like i have been

This item does not do what they advertised and is way over priced. Their refund policy is horrible as the product does not do as they had advertised. You have no recourse to return for a refund . I will not be buying from them again, and will make sure other corvette owners know about them as well

I ordered this product for my husband for Fathers Day, and it is 7 days since I ordered it, and it still has not shipped. It is ready to be picked up, by the USPS, which means it will take 2 weeks to get to me once it does get picked up. I'm extremely disappointed in the shipping. Not only that, but I have E-mailed this company twice, and have received NO response whatsoever. I will never order from this site again.

Bought some products for my boyfriend for Christmas who runs his own car detailing business. This man was so obsessed with the products he received and we just ordered more! Not only is the interior cleaner and brush his new favorites, I want to mention how awesome the company staff is; I accidentally doubled up on one of their bundles by mistake, couldn’t see a way to cancel the order. Wasn’t going to be too upset because their product is phenomenal and would be used if I could not cancel. I reached out to their support team and they canceled the order for me with no issue! They have a customer for life and I will be recommending Blackline Car Care to all car fanatics.

I bought their blackout kit, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. They packed each product with care to ensure now spillage of chemicals, as well as each product worked as intended.
