Clicked on the 79.95 bundle added 2 to the cart and checked out. They switched the price to 89.95 each. Realized with the confirmation email. Emailed them within 10 minutes of purchase. They would not adjust or cancel my order. Even sent pictures of the add I clicked on. Terrible customer service Bait and switch

Used the product for the first time today. Was not impressed at all. It leaves a dull finish. It does have a pleasant smell but fades away fast. I was really trying to like the product. For the price I was expecting a top tier product. I will continue to use Mothers and Chemical Guys. Please stop sending me emails and text. I'll take the $70 loss.

Their premium foam sprayer is built poorly. The top falls off when using it with my pressure washer. Just lost an entire can of premium soap on my driveway. Thanks Guys!!

Bought 3 microfiber towels in June. Like them so much i ordered 12 more for the cheap price of $96 shipped. When I received them they weren't the same quality very cheap material not like before. No blackline label and different shade of Grey. When I emailed the company with a picture. I was assured they were the same towels. I asked how they came to that conclusion, they couldn't answer that. Now I have sent 3 emails that havent been answered as well. Shady business practice, caution!!

Tried to cancel an order directly after purchase, phone number +1 (877) 362 - 1875 did not work, absolutely no phone support, email support came back twice with incoherent response to my very urgent and significant order issue. Day later no remedy, nobody available to solve this urgent issue, very disappointing. Just received 4th email with no substance (AI?), while extremely well mentioning the urgency of the issue, frustrating, do not expect anywhere close to US customer service level at all here, avoid this company.

Worse product ever and customer service sucks. Says refundable but never stimulates you have to pay shipping. Even if you want to exchange. The liquid is like water with no scent. I doubt any product is in there. 39.00 dollars for colored water

I hate to have to do this but its only fair. Customer Service sucks, they dont stand by their word. Offer Free things and when i check out the items definitely weren't Free. I contacted them and they told me that the promotion was over yet I literally just got the email. All my followers will follow me I am sorry for your loss due to stupid customer service decisions. I dont care if your products are the best in the world, I won't buy anything from you people

Their towels breakdown after a couple uses. I sent them photos and was told they would m Not replace beci used them. I have the towels less than 30 days. Also make sure you read their return policy. Once opened it cannot be returned even if not used. They are supposed to honor replacement for defective items but do not. Also note that they do not have an option to talk directly to a representative. This is also a major red flag. I will be working with my lawyer to resolve this matter and make sure others are not taken like i have been
