Bought 3 microfiber towels in June. Like them so much i ordered 12 more for the cheap price of $96 shipped. When I received them they weren't the same quality very cheap material not like before. No blackline label and different shade of Grey. When I emailed the company with a picture. I was assured they were the same towels. I asked how they came to that conclusion, they couldn't answer that. Now I have sent 3 emails that havent been answered as well. Shady business practice, caution!!

The drying is unbelievably good everything in the box brushes micro fiber wash cloth and renew cleaner worked better then expected will only be using on my new paint

Extremely happy with the way my interior looks and smells after using the reset interior cleaner. Brought a neglected interior back to new

I’ve purchased multiple items from Blackline and would take a minute to rave about their products. Amazing in their effectiveness, quality service behind the product and I’m incredibly satisfied after I get done detailing my vehicles. If you want to demonstrate some pride of ownership of your vehicles - Blackline can help you with that!!!

The product worked great removing stubborn stains on my Porsche mesh seats. They were sweat stains from futness classes. :ole new and car is 4 years old. Smells great, too.

Blackline Car Care products are great so far. I have used their clay towel, which works very well to help remove dirt and grime. I have also used their interior cleaner called "Reset". This time I went with the Oasisnscent and it smells very good! It also cleans all my interior plastic pieces. I also use it to clean my floor mats. Recently I purchased their Onyx car detail spray and I am very impressed. It leaves no streaks but it also leaves a very high gloss? 2hich is what I want in a detailing spray. I highly recommend Blackline Car Care products!

Tried to cancel an order directly after purchase, phone number +1 (877) 362 - 1875 did not work, absolutely no phone support, email support came back twice with incoherent response to my very urgent and significant order issue. Day later no remedy, nobody available to solve this urgent issue, very disappointing. Just received 4th email with no substance (AI?), while extremely well mentioning the urgency of the issue, frustrating, do not expect anywhere close to US customer service level at all here, avoid this company.

Everything was 10 stars out of 5 stars. From theyre products and accesories, they're great delivery service (especially when shipping is free on orders $85+ 😎🤙) to the customer service they offer. It was all around a great smooth and efficient experience. Let's start with product and presentation, this was my first order from blackline and I was just stoked ! They're products were all properly separated and packaged very neatly ensuring the customer that they're quality control services are on point ! It just screams elegance and helps provide peace of mind at the time of use which in my personal experience and opinion, it matters alot ! When you get a banged up package with barely any wrapping or tissues to protect the products in the package it can be a huge bummer and pain. Presentation is always key I firmly believe and you guys knock it out of the park with boxing and packaging of the actually products you guys offer themselves! You get what you pay for and you guys forsure have the best quality for the best prices ! Which leads me to customer service. I had no issues at all with my package and shipment so I didnt have to resolve any issues but I did reach out to get the proper help and tips I needed to be able to use they're products and accessories correctly and they were so helpful and seemed happy to help ! That's what it is all about ! They were fast to respond and quick to give me the proper tips to be able to succeed and become a better car detailer ! Everything was just awesome and I look forward to ordering from blackline and the crew soon and so should you !!!! Because if you actually took the time to read this your a king/queen so dont settle for less and get your quality products and accesories with blackline and show your status ! Show your vehicle/motorcycle/Rv you care and shop blackline today !!!!
