Fantastically crafted, I was expecting the 2 crows on the ring but to be honest when it came in with one crow and a black rose it was wayyyyy better than expected. I appreciate the emails of the processing and once shipped. My wife absolutely loved it. I will keep this site for the next one.

Beautiful earrings love the color of the qualities beautiful I would buy again.

No matter how tight I place the earring back, these tend to fall forward from the ear and droop slightly. I don’t know how else to describe it.

I absolutely love my ring set. Black Diamonds stayed in touch with me from when I placed the order until it was received. I was given constant updates during every step of the making of my rings.

Beautiful ring and the light in the box is a very nice touch.

So, first off, the product was incredible! The presentation was incredible! My now fiance was blown away by the little box and how much the ring glittered, no matter how bright or dim the lighting was. That being said, you have a lot of opportunities to improve communication. Endless automated updates saying the exact same things for days on end is not only annoying, it is outright alarming. And the two times that I did get responses, they were delayed and rude.
