Black diamonds New York is an amazing company to work with! I have ordered multiple pieces of jewelry from them and every time they are so helpful and the pieces are so beautiful! On my last order I did some customizations and upgrades and they were so helpful throughout the process with helping me customize the ring. Then I really appreciate it throughout the process they were sending me messages giving me updates on how the ring was coming along. The ring is so much more beautiful than the picture show on the website. Every time I order from Black diamonds New York the pieces are always amazing. Then you enter another side of traditional pieces and timeless works of art that one in particular became my engagement ring. Also their customer service is phenomenal from ordering to delivery, they’re there with you letting you know how the process is coming along with your handcrafted designs. I truly love this place, and I am a repeat customer as well as a fan.

Requested a refund several times still have not gotten it. Item received broken low quality.
