So, first off, the product was incredible! The presentation was incredible! My now fiance was blown away by the little box and how much the ring glittered, no matter how bright or dim the lighting was. That being said, you have a lot of opportunities to improve communication. Endless automated updates saying the exact same things for days on end is not only annoying, it is outright alarming. And the two times that I did get responses, they were delayed and rude.

Absolutely beautiful product. The only real complaint I have is when I first ordered it I was getting updated every 2 or 3 days through the whole process, but the last few weeks I didn't hear anything from anybody. I had to email just to get an update. Other than that amazing work.

Wedding Ring My husband surprised me with a new ring. She is beautiful, the only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 is because you can barely see the skulls. Other than that it is so beautiful.
