Hey Cee, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with our support team. Please know this is not a typical experience for us - we pride ourselves on trying our best to deliver great support, but sounds like we dropped the ball on this one. I don't particularily recall what was going on at the time you experienced that delay in response so I'm not sure why it happend, but I understand when there's an emergency situation like your site being down, you need a response pronto. That's our mistake, that's on us. I apologize. We are taking big strides right now to improve our response times which includes brining on an additional support rep soon. If you don't mind, we'd love to reach out to you and see how we can fix this mistake. I'll shoot you a request to connect through Trust Pilot.
