I've had BLAB for years and enjoy the versatility and useful integrations. Page load time is the only lament I have. They have great customer support who's eager to help and fast to respond. The platform is mostly intuitive and hardly ever needs any support but as with any technology, sometimes things break and in those cases, I appreciate near-time help.

I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.

Hey Cee, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with our support team. Please know this is not a typical experience for us - we pride ourselves on trying our best to deliver great support, but sounds like we dropped the ball on this one. I don't particularily recall what was going on at the time you experienced that delay in response so I'm not sure why it happend, but I understand when there's an emergency situation like your site being down, you need a response pronto. That's our mistake, that's on us. I apologize. We are taking big strides right now to improve our response times which includes brining on an additional support rep soon. BLAB is always getting better. It doesn't always do what I want but I can say it's growing and is a good fit for many people wanting an online booking system. It's better than many others.

I never rate anything a perfect 5 stars, I would give BLAB a solid 4.5 if allowed. Easy to use, if you are new to "a booking calander" . So many features and customizable to match your brand and style.
