For 5 months i kept asking them to solve the issue with their calendar settings as it doesnt work well their technology. my google calendar when its full with appointemtns it doesnt close these hours on their calendar! I spoke at least 7 times with them to resolve this. its been a waste of time and energy, youre better of finding other systems.

Just switched to this booking service…seemed fine during free period but now wish I had tried it for a month before paying for the year. Many glitches. Clients complaining that they can’t book. At one point they blocked my IP address preventing me from accessing my own booking site! Now the booking form is not loading on the mobile view. There is no customer service after 5PM or on Saturdays. I wrote for assistance, they gave me a technical answer, and when I wrote back asking for an explanation they responded by not providing details and instead suggesting I pay for professional help! I have waisted hours and at this point thinking of asking for a partial refund and moving to a competitor.

Terrible product. Frequent technical issues with confirmation emails and reminders not being sent, calendars not being updated with bookings, slow performance/outages.
