My order was “shipped” on December 16th…
My order was “shipped” on December 16th with a tracking number that doesn’t work. I still have not received my package. I’ve submitted a contact form days ago and they haven't responded. I called multiple times and the line is busy. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend buying from this website.

Great product and customer experience
I don’t speak Portuguese and they didn’t speak English and I was a bit confused as to what I should order but the sales rep took the time to make a video with what English he knew to help me out . Doesn’t feel it’s original keratin
There are 3 products inside-shampo, keratin and mask. Keratin bottle wasn’t fully filled and the product smells horrible of some chemicals. Didn’t fell that I used the same product that I used before.

Hi Anna, We are sorry that you did not have the same experience as before. We buy directly from the Brands we sell, sometimes one batch is not identical to the other. We take responsibility for all our products and shipping. If anything is not of your liking we can either ship a replacement or refund your order.
