We saw that the package was delivered on December 28th and according to our shipping and returns policy (link: https://bkeratinstore.com/shipping-returns/ ) it is necessary to contact us to report any damage within 7 days after receiving the product. It’s been frustrating
It’s been a frustrating buying experience. I purchased a hair Botox felps omega zero, on February 28, it took them 4 days to finally send my package. Never answered my email. When I finally got my tracking number, it was estimated to arrive on March 5 by the end of the day, and guess what?? It’s March 6 and I still not have my product.

Doesn’t feel it’s original keratin
There are 3 products inside-shampo, keratin and mask. Keratin bottle wasn’t fully filled and the product smells horrible of some chemicals. Didn’t fell that I used the same product that I used before.

We take responsibility for all our products and shipping. If anything is not of your liking we can either ship a replacement or refund your order.
