I have been using bitwarden for more than 3years. My experience has been awesome and I have no complaints about them. Their customer support is fast, the code is open source and audits are done regularly. One important thing that I choose in password manager is that it needs to be open-sourced. My view is that any password management company needs to opensource their code because for things as sensitive as passwords I cannot trust a random company who close source their code. I have a few issues on the ui/ux part but in the recent bitwarden updates they revamped their mobile ui, extension ui which is big yes flag. I strongly recommend bitwarden to give it a try for people who are new to password managers.

I've been using Bitwarden to protect my passwords for a long time. They are a lifesaver. They have kept my log ins secure and they have helped me when I had an issue logging into my account. The interface for obtaining your protected passwords is simple to use and easy to follow.

I decided to move from Last Pass back to Bitwarden. I was on Last Pass for about the last year. The reason was that it just seemed more responsive to auto filling when needed. I thought I'd give Bitwarden another try. I was not disappointed. They seemed to have fixed my minor annoyances. The clincher was the support. I had accidentally deleted Bitwarden from my MSFT authenticator so there was no way I could simply restart it. I sent an email to BW support and received a reply the next day! They offered a couple of solutions. The one I picked was to simply delete my account which can be done with an alternative MFA. Then simply recreate it with the same username and password. Then added it back to my MSFT authenticator. I had an up to date vault in my Last Pass so I exported it and then imported it into Bitwarden. Back in business.
