Confusion. I set up my debit card and deposited. Now it won't work, and i can't withdraw. I didn't think it would be an issue since i can withdraw on coinbase with a debit card. The prompts and support is a total mess. All of the sudden, i need to set up another bank for wire transfer to get my money?! The form for requesting to trade usd is a mess, and the check box assumes that i have uploaded a selfie and government id. This is the first time i'm hearing about this, and trying to find where to id verify for wire transfer just made my blood boil. It's too much. They have my $51, and i want it back. I can usually navigate these things, but it seems their goal is to confuse and rip off. So much time wasted.

I have sent large amount of money and it has been stuck for almost 1 month. This is CRAZ I will be contacting authorities and regulators if my account is not enabled today!!!

I did it twice but they are keep saying again and again. What the hell is this company. Account is bevroren zonder reden, krijg geen reactie op mails of contact formulieren. Account is frozen without a reason, cant get any contac, they dont reply on e-mails or tickets.

I made 2 deposits of USD to Bittrex Global, that never moved to Balances. I submitted 5 support tickets. The first 3 were falsely labeled solved but they've never responded to me or solved the issue. In the meantime they are still holding onto my money. The last 2 tickets have to date been ignored. This has been going on for over a week. Also there is no such thing as live chat. They have disabled all live chat. It's beginning to look like my money has been stolen!

Support didn't answer. Been waiting over a week now. No other way to add IBAN account to withdraw money. No live chat button, even on live chat hours.

Takes some time to get used to it and it can be a bit slow and cumbersome compared to more advanced exchanges like Binance but it’s got a few positives. They need to make it faster as seconds and minutes count in crypto and shares
