Just one word to explain the staff and the whole experience Wonderful

First cataract operation 4 days ago. Staff and facilities all excellent. Second one due in a month or so but no apprehension about having this done. Thank you Spa and, of course. NHS.

Just had my second Cataract operation and like the first one everything went well, the staff are all lovely, the nurses very kind and reassuring, it can be a bit daunting but its over so quickly and the results can be quite amazing, Thank you all and our wonderful NHS. Kath H

Experiences last Monday when I had an op on my right eye were very satisfying . The patient, detailed attention I received was impressive , particularly from driver Dave, surgeon Oberhaulser and the discharge nurse. Rex

yesterday i had my second visit to spamedica in willerby for cataract surgery went brilliant i cannot praise all of the theatre doctors and nurses enoughsoooooo lovely and all the staff outside on reception eveybody thanking you judy s xx

Took my 90 year old mum in today for a glaucoma procedure. In and out so quickly. Can't say enough good things about her treatment and the staff. Really deserve the 5 stars.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen im organisatorischen Bereich ( keine Antwort auf e-mail, keiner geht ans Telefon) bin ich ohne Termin hin. Riesen großes Lob an Valentin, der einen Kunden hatte und sich dann nebenbei um mich gekümmert hat. Als er mit dem anderen Kunden fertig war, hat er sich voll und ganz um mich bemüht, hat mit viel Fachkompetenz und Zeit geglänzt, Mega Dank an Valentin und an Cube Nürnberg-West. Mich habt ihr 100% zufrieden gestellt. Danke Valentin Gruß Roman
