I have had two cateracts removed at SpaMedica at the HULL site. I would like to thank everyone , for the fantastic experience. The taxi drivers were great and the nurses and surgeons too. Everyone made me feel so at ease. Needless to say my experience was painless and my eyesight is great . THANK YOU EVERYONE. PS. THANKS TO SPECSAVERS FOR RECOMENDING SpaMedica to me.

i have had cataract operations done on both eyes at spa medica chelmsford and both times i have been so impressed by all the staff and theatre nurses and surgeons at this clinic nothing is to much trouble and the politeness and professionalism of every section of the procedure is outstanding

Back in November 2020 I had my first cataract procedure carried out at SpaMedica Chelmsford and as my previous review confirmed at the time I had nothing but praise and gratitude for all the nurses, clinicians and optometrists with special thanks and recognition to my surgeon 'Tamina' who was absolutely brilliant in putting me at ease with her first class care and patient interaction. Back in May 2021 I was called in for my second procedure on my other eye, however, whilst once again I can't thank all the nurses, clinicians and optometrists enough for all that they had done the procedure was let down this time by a different surgeon. He never introduced himself to me as Tamina did, in fact the only words he spoke were "Look at the light" and "All done", There was no interaction at all and the problem was then compounded by the way he prepared my eye for surgery using what I can best describe as 'swabs on a stick' where he used excessive force to the point that it felt like he was pushing my eye hard into the socket! The effect of this over the next 48 hours was excessive bruising around the eye and severe headaches. Once these two elements subsided I noticed a swelling around the iris. I emailed SpaMedica and enclosed a photograph of my eye expressing my concerns and requested some feedback. I never received a reply! It is such a shame that particularly after an excellent experience on my first eye that this second procedure was let down by one individual and a lack of communication in response to my email. I am pleased to confirm that after my recent post op examination all appears to well and my sight has been restored to 20/20 vision according to the optometrists and would further encourage anyone to have this procedure that are suffering with cataracts but to just chose your surgeon carefully.

I had my first cataract operation on the 7th June 2021 in Chelmsford. An amazing team of NHS staff. Procedure explained thoroughly and all queries answered. Cannot praise the staff enough all very kind.

Alan Had my second cataract operation on the 7th June. I can say that all staff, theatre nurses and surgeon at the SpaMedica in Preston were excellent and once again made me feel very much at ease. I can see so clearly now I did not realise how clouded my vision had been. Thank you all. Alan

La mia esperienza con il venditore "Jocyl"di PatPat è stata ottima. Ho ricevuto i capi ordinati ma purtroppo troppo piccoli ed ho chiesto la possibilità di fare un reso. Sono stata guidata in maniera eccellentemente dal servizio clienti. Mi è stato detto di tenere i capi x evitarmi il fastidio di doverli rispedire e la restituzione dell'importo versato al momento dell'acquisto. Metterò 5 stelle a restituzione avvenuta. Per il momento tutto perfetto nulla da dire.
