Charge $300 to close an account and $35 for check/ach/wire. These fees are not highlighted when signing up (not available anywhere on the site). Everything is manual docusign. Liquidations take time. Lots of fees for everything. Stay away

We send every client a full disclosure of fees when they submit their application and we review the fees in the sales call prior to your account setup. Brandon was very Professional
Brandon was very Professional, Patient, and Knowledgeable. I've rolled over funds from my 401K, 2 previous times and this was the fastest - Brandon walked me through the process and verified the information being submitted to "Principal" was correct. Got it submitted in one call... Again - Thank you Brandon. Bitcoin IRA is the best!
