I’m pleased to share an update regarding my recent experience with Bitcoin IRA. While the initial stages of my fund transfer request were frustrating—largely due to delays from a third-party disbursement provider—Bitcoin IRA's team remained courteous and professional throughout. Most importantly, they listened to my concerns and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Not only did they take ownership of the situation, but they also reinstated the transaction-related fees and refunded a portion of previously paid fees as a gesture of goodwill. This level of accountability and customer care exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and integrity demonstrated by the Bitcoin IRA staff. It’s clear they take client feedback seriously and are dedicated to improving the overall experience!

Watch out for FEEs and Customer Service. They have the highest fees and it will eat away at your returns. Started out with 0ver $8000 investment by 3.5 years my account balance was down to 7000 despite BITCOIN nearly doubling from when I purchased it. They charged me $1150 in fees over the period and at the end I had less than what I started with. I realize investing is risky I get that but that's not the issue here. It's the high fees that are hidden and customer service. There really needs to be more regulation of these companies. If you want to diversify out of the dollar and stocks we are left with these sharks who take your money and charge you high fees so your balance keeps going down and down instead of increasing with the market. Also, when you call customer service to inquire, a person answers the call at 1st and explains it to you but the minute you start delving deeper into the fees, they hung up on me. When I called back they put me in their call back queue and abruptly disconnected the call before I could leave a message. Someone called me back but when I mentioned my name, the person hung up on me immediately. I was not rude, just asking questions. It's almost as though they flagged me and won't answer my calls. Same thing has happened on two separate occasions. Unacceptable. BEWARE. I have not tried to get a distribution yet but this experience is making me nervous. I've read the comments from others. I actually wanted to add more money to my account when I called but now I am thinking twice. I am going to look elsewhere. I am a real investor using their services and I am nervous based on they way I am being treated and my account balance keeps dwindling despite crypto gains. Beware and do your research before investing your $$ with them.

The Idea is great - but the service is expensive for buying, selling and monthly fees. Oh and when you try and get your money out - wow plan on it taking 2 weeks of BS to get the process to be done. Very frustrating and expensive when you have 100s of thousands of dollars in limbo because of red tape.

Bitcoin IRA charged me an initial set up fee, wallet charges, annual charge, close account fee, required transfer fees … for my initial $5,000 investment; I have spent $1500 in fees in 3 years. There are more competitive options available. As far as safety; they all use the same 3rd party for authentication and verification. There is nothing unique here but the fees. Look elsewhere.

Great customer service

I’ve had a mostly positive experience with BitcoinIRA. The platform makes it relatively easy to invest in cryptocurrencies within a retirement account, and I appreciate the security measures they have in place. The customer service team has been helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, which gave me confidence in the process. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The fees are on the higher side compared to other crypto investment platforms, and the user interface could be more intuitive. A more streamlined withdrawal process would also be beneficial. Overall, BitcoinIRA is a great choice for those looking to diversify their retirement portfolio with crypto. If they can reduce fees and enhance the platform’s usability, it would be a five-star experience.

Really GREAT

The process was very easy. My representative blocked me through the steps and every time I call someone answers the phone. It is very helpful. Very satisfied with Bicoin IRA so far.
