The food is surprisingly good…
The food is surprisingly good considering it arrives frozen and the variety is great. To be honest there are some entries I do not care for but is quite easy to eliminate from your options. A bonus to all this is I am down 20 lbs n two months!

My wife and I have been on the program…
My wife and I have been on the program for 8 weeks. I have removed 25 lbs so far. I plan on doing 25 more! I find the program to be easy to manage and once you get into the system, it's easy to stay on it! The think I find what works best for me is the portion control. I don't feel hungry and I really enjoy the meals I have selected. I started with the 7 day, 3 meals per day, & 3 snacks per day and found it was to many snacks!! After storing a couple of dozen snacks, I stopped the snack portion for the time being. We both really like it a lot!

The only reason I'm dissatisfied
The only reason I'm dissatisfied. Is the delivery service FedEx has delivered twice. Completely thawed out food. I live in AZ. And get a lot of fish in my order. It goes straight to the trash. And I go hungry until I can get to the store.

Many of the Silver Cuisine dinners are…
Many of the Silver Cuisine dinners are good, but the whole effect is spoiled by the addition of just one strange sauce or spice l like "lemon dijon sauce'.
