Total Rip Off. Went some months back only to discover after receiving a hefty fine the free time for drop off was reduced from 20 mins to 10 mins. Signage was utterly inadequate, no doubt intentionally. Appeal was a total waste of time & effort, predictably. Today went & thought I'd better check for a notice to inform of free time limit in case of change. There is now no free time. Again inadequate signage to inform of change. Glad I checked. My parking charge was £7 for literally dropping off & driving straight out again. Didn't even turn off engine. It really does make one wonder to what level these people are happy to sink to to steal our money like this by hefty charges & making it so very easy to make a mistake & end up with a hefty fine.

Would give zero but can't. Poor signage to park 2. Went through the drop off zone due to poor signage! Now we have a ticket for 2 minutes of unauthorized parking, after we put reg in machine to have "No match" on the screen, luckily we took photos! Bloke at ticket office stated we have 10 mins to drop off. This also on web site, so we are not paying fine. No lights, felt unsafe. No working lift. No signage to explain that park 2 is in two parts! So in the dark and rain we wandered round for an hour! Saw wheelchair user distraught as they could not get to terminal, this was at 5.30 am! Do not use. NCP IT'S UTTER CRAP!

Lifts not working on arrival. Sent email to authorities, who assured me they were fixed. Returned home a week later and found lifts out of order (again or still?) Contacted authorities again and waiting for their latest response. Also, lights on lower floors not working so very risky for lone travellers, or anyone trying to find their vehicles in the dead of night. Will update when feedback has been received, but since the cost seems to have doubled over the last few years, not an acceptable service at all. I don't have faith in these parking areas and will find alternative arrangements going forward. As said, would not recommend at this time.....

Used carpark 2 and parked on level 7. No lifts working and stairwell areas are filthy. I would not feel safe if I was a woman on my own. Charges are high, so spend some money on their upkeep. Will always try to use our preferred airport of Bristol which have clean and good parking arrangements.

I was charged £110 for 6 days at the official NCP long stay car park 4 (expensive despite cheaper Jet2 flight), then a 13 hrs arrival delay caused by a Jet2 diversion resulted in a £67 release fee to get out of the car park. This was a completely disproportional and unfair fee for something out of my control. There was no response to the talk button on exit and no customer service present. I was forced to pay to get out of the car park after a traumatic trip back. I will now avoid Birmingham Airport, this is not covered by insurance or Jet2 and a complete rip off of inconvenienced customers. A similar delay at Gatwick with BA around 18 months ago carried no surcharge, worth the extra mileage and better flghts not to be exploited.

Awful! My car was damaged while being parked in the car park 5. NCP refused to investigate or provide the footage from their cameras. Basically, they would charge for the car parking, but they deny any liability or provide any assistance if someone damages your car while you are on holiday. I will never again use their car parks. What a scam!!!

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK “birminghamcarparking.co.uk” In a rush to find parking before a last minute holiday, I ended up booking with this company. After a very dodgy unprofessional online chat system regarding not receiving a booking confirmation email, it triggered me to look in to reviews. Reviews stated what my gut feeling told me - read all reviews below on trust pilot. I asked to cancel/refund the booking through the online chat, was given an email address to contact - the email bounced back “not received” several times. Scam. If you use them the likelihood is your car will be parked unsecure and like many others, return from your holiday with unexpected parking fines. Incredibly dodge. Will be reporting the website and making further actions to deter them screwing more people over. Disgusting.

Booked Birmingham airport car park 1 use it 3 to 4 times a year had to cancel a flexible booking my wife broke her Hip while in Porto expected a refund or credit and they refuse to pay £125.88 should be ashamed of yourselves. When you book with Birmingham airport it's a con your booking NCP. In future we will use Taxis.
