We parked in Car Park 5 to avoid a long bus journey, expecting quick and easy transfers. Unfortunately, it was anything but. When we arrived, we waited nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle bus—even though it’s advertised as every 10–15 minutes. There was no support available and no contact number to check if the bus was even coming. With a toddler and several suitcases, walking might have actually been faster—if we hadn’t been so loaded down. On our return to the UK, we had to wait again for about 20 minutes for a bus back to the car park. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly managed. Definitely wouldn’t use Birmingham Airport Parking again.

I booked the airport parking and went to twilight check in visited cabin as advised then got 100 pounds parking ticket I appealed and sent my booking reference to prove I was not dropping someone off still had to pay
