I did not received what was shown on…
I did not received what was shown on the website. They advertise an Eagle Six brand American Flag Golf Polo. Instead I got a horrible knock off made of really poor fabric. The customer service is dispicable. Mostly empty promises but no resolution. It's been weeks and I still have no end in sight. Probably going to have to eat the $46.94 I was charged for a piece of crap shirt and call it a life lesson.

The shirts I ordered were very cute
The shirts I ordered were very cute. One of the shirts had the wrong photo on it. The company did correct the error and sent the correct shirt.

Ordered a breast cancer golf polo
Ordered a breast cancer golf polo . Initially ordered a small which is my usual size. The shirt was very very small. Had to give to my 5’1” 105# wife. I then ordered a medium which was still a bit tight but doable. However, I always button the top button. This button hole was so over sized, the button never stayed buttoned

I paid for expedited shipping
I paid for expedited shipping, which was presented as though it would expedite the production time as well. The custom shirt was cool but arrived a week after the party so it was useless. I suggest adding a note to more clearly notify customers that paying more than the cost for the product in shipping fees for expedited shipping will not speed production time.

Shipping was a mess
Shipping was a mess. Got a passive aggressive answer when I asked for clarification on why my order sat in a shipping depot of theirs for 5 days. Product itself is fine.

Shipping estimates are unreliable, customer service poor
The company didn't pay for the shipment and it took over 30 days to resolve. And I needed the product for an event over 3 weeks from when I ordered. I asked for a refund which took 2 asks and almost 2 weeks to get. My friend who did get her same shirt had shipping issues - it went to Ohio instead of Georgia but got in about 2 weeks.
