BUYER BEWARE

When our Wifi would not connect to the camera we requested to return the camera via customer service. I was emailed back and given a slew of things I needed to try. Our Wifi simply would not reach where the camera needed to be. I again requested a return address. I received an email 3 days later advising they do not send return shipping labels for free and I needed to send money via PayPal to get the address. I advised I would pay for my own shipping and requested the return address a third time. I have not heard back and so I got on chat via their website. The agent told me that she did not know the return address and all returns needed to be escalated to a Level 2 as they were the only ones who knew the return address. This was already done a week ago and Level 2 told me I had to send money to get the label. I dont want a label. I want the address so I can ship it back within the 30 day window so I can get a refund. I regret buying from this company. I am not writing about the product as we could not get it to connect but the return process and customer service. I have also called tem but there is no customer service agents ever available. I highly recommend NOT buying from this company.

I love love love my Birdfy wooden…
I love love love my Birdfy wooden bluebird house with camera. I needed the larger solar panel to maintain the camera battery while watching my eggs from nest building to upcoming fledgling! I had been amazing. The photo stream is beautiful!

I purchased one of your bird feed…
I purchased one of your bird feed feeders about a month ago from a local bird store in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. From the beginning, I experienced difficulty connecting the feeder to my Wi-Fi network, and the charging cord that was included does not properly fit the feeder. Unfortunately, the problems have continued since the purchase. The feeder frequently disconnects from Wi-Fi and requires constant recharging, making it very unreliable and frustrating to use. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and performance of this product, especially considering that I spent nearly $200 on it. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the product and would like information on how I can return it and receive a refund, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I bought this as a gift for my mother who loves it! The camera quality is clear and works perfectly. She is loving the bird identification and all the other functions of the camera. The solar panel has worked well and kept everything charged. Installation was easy and came with step by step directions. Shipping was quick and everything was packaged well.
