Avoid this company. I placed my order 10 days ago and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. A very expensive item over £160 and I am very concerned about my money. Emails to customer support and Facebook are ignored. The website states item in stock so probably a scam. AVOID.

When I ordered, it said ‘delivery in 3-5 days’ (this was in early November). After 14 days the delivery tracking still showed no update. The support was absolutely unhelpful and didn't understand what I wanted at all. It took me another 14 days to cancel the order and get my money back.

Delivery times were not as advertised. Delivery time was meant to be 5-10 days. Now will take 1 month and will miss Christmas. No proactive communication. Very disappointed

Ordered as a Christmas present as it said delivery would be made by the 20th of December. A week after ordering it still hadn’t been sent and I was informed that it may not even be sent out until the 20th of December. With a 10-15 day delivery time, I ended up having to cancel and asking for a refund, and now have to try to source some very last minute gifts elsewhere.

I have 2 Birdfy feeders. I purchased my first one in 2022 and enjoyed it so much that I purchased another one in April 2024. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Their customer support department is the best that I have ever dealt with, you send them an email and they are back to you ASAP and work with you until your issue is solved. When I received my second feeder I was having problems connecting to my network, we worked on it for a while to no avail. They sent me a complete new feeder to replace it, not just a part. Just last week I was having some issues with my video play back (my fault) and again they were right there to help. I wish all companies were as good as this one with their customer support .

I highly recommend Netvue Birdfy feeders! I have Birdfy Feeder 1 and the dual camera Humfeeder, and they bring me so much joy watching the birds close up. The birds really love the feeders, too. The cameras can catch birds in flight and captures all the bird antics at the feeders. I don't know of any better camera feeder on the market. The app is amazing and groups the various bird species together, which I love. They are built well and many attachments are available. Birdfy is truly trying to go above and beyond for its customers.

I realize there is a flood of bird feeder cameras on the market and that's a testament to the number of enthusiasts that enjoy seeing what kind of birds they have in their area, and how they behave. But what is unusual, is finding a product and company that pair to so well together that they create hundreds, thousands of extremely satisfied customers merely by responding for pleas for help and offers of free replacements when the product malfunctioned. That's a rarity in the market today. Here are a couple of incidents I experienced: A tornado broke the camera on one of my feeders. I reached out to them only wanting to know if the camera could be replaced and I would do the rest. Instead, Birdfy sent me an entirely new feeder with camera and solar panel! In a separate issue, I experienced connectivity issues, so I reached out on a Sunday and got live assistance via the app and we got the issue resolved. Simply amazing customer served. So much so, I have 2 Birdfy feeders and 2 free standing cameras from Birdfy. And from my raves, several of my family members have gotten Birdfy feeders.
