I've had no issues with this company until my antenna was damaged. Tyied to buy antenna from them and they don't sell 1. Said they would replace complete unit but I have to send the receipt and photo of damaged antenna. Told it was a gift I don't have the receipt and just need to purchase an antenna. I finally bought an antenna off Amazon for 7 dollars and everything works great again.

I have the two camera feeder. Works great. One thing it was supposed to come with was a splitter for the solar panel so it could charge both cameras. Didn't have it. Contacted support and they sent a second solar panel in less than a week. The solar panels work great and keep the cameras fully charged. Great product and great support.

I have the Birdfy Metal Feeder. It's a big oversight by Birdfy to design it so that most shots are almost off-camera. The lens isn't wide-angle enough, and when birds use the outside feed holes, they are nearly out of the camera's frame. To jury-rig it, I closed off the outside feed holes, which forces the birds to move toward the center.

Birdfy.com is a reputable, dependable, high-tech company for birdwatching enthusiasts. I have purchased two birdfeeders from this company and have received nothing but quality products and helpful customer service. This company helped me be informed of the product I received, by offering a live chat interface on their website, with tech support ready to help with the installation process of the feeder, as well as answer any and all questions.

This bird feeder gives me joy! Camera is pretty great and love how it comes with several mounting options. Solar power is wonderful to have even though my camera stayed charged for a week!

I have had my Birdfy for just over a year and I love it. I live in an area that is seriously hot and humid in the summer and snowy in the winter. This is our second winter together and it works as well as day 1! I bought the feeder, got the AI recognition subscription, and joined the Facebook community. I've learned so much and had the best time! I watch my birds at the office, while on vacation, anywhere! I enjoy the app as well, which even allows me to add digital stickers to dress up my birds. My initial purchase in December 2023 came on time for the holidays. I ordered late in the season and it arrived in plenty of time to make it under the tree for the big day. I've added some hardware in the past year. I added a solar panel (GREAT addition) and tried out the cage (not a good addition for my yard, specifically. The deer found their way in the hard way). Both additional items were delivered promptly and packaged well. These are things that have made me a loyal Birdfy customer: 1. They continually work to make the app more fun, whether adding the stickers or making daily recaps. I'm grateful and amazed that they want to make a cool product even more engaging. 2. The online community is really awesome, and staff of Birdfy interact with us! It feels like family. And I see them engaging to answer questions and help with product questions. 3. I love the product. It has held up so well and performs great. I therefore trust the company. I've been beyond happy with this product I got on a whim and I've had nothing but great experiences with the company. Thank you, Birdfy!!

I have three feeders by Birdfy and all have been amazing. Customer service has gone above and beyond for me when I’ve he if the cameras got scratched by a squirrel. I am waiting for the nest box to come in stock so I can add it to my collection!

Worst customer service ever! To me, very unethical. I have been on a chat for more than 4.5 hours that began because the website will not process a credit card purchase for bird identification. The rep confirmed my email, and at the same time , I received an email that my account password was changed. The functionality to reset my password did not work, as I did not receive the email link. I asked the rep for help, so he provided a password. Then he changed the story that it was me that changed the password in the first place. Unbelievable! Looking at the chat and the email, the rep was not honest. During the chat, I lost visibility of my feeder on my phone app, I no longer have recordings visible on the website, and my credit card still does not work due to a website error code. Prior to this chat, I spent about an hour with customer service to repair their website so that I could have visibility to my credit card and see the options to purchase the bird identification. When Birdfy has a problem with their website, I would suggest repairing it, and supporting the customer. This chat was so outrageous, to me it feels like it was a deliberate attempt to cause harm. I would like the company to look at the chat and contact me to resolve the harm. I would love to return this feeder, and purchase from another brand that I can trust. Birdfy resolved the problem so I changed the rating to a 3. Wish I didn't have to advocate so much to resolve problems that originated at Birdfy
