Update: They have come to realize that a cover box is needed and have made changes to the way they ship. They have been very gracious and aplogetic. My wife loved the early gift! They do not bother to put their devices into a shipping box. So, my wife came home and found her christmas present sitting on the porch.

We sincerely apologize that the gift packaging spoiled the surprise. You are absolutely right—holiday orders should be shipped discreetly. We are now ensuring all seasonal gifts are sent in plain outer boxes. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a compensation solution. Please contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat so we can make this right for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Ordered three feeders on 29th November - emailed to see when it was being dispatched and heard nothing. Tracking details don’t work and Evri say ‘oops, incorrect tracking information’ from the link sent. The help bot just says ‘I can’t answer that’ to every single question! Why do these company’s advertise as UK companies and then you find out they’re not in the UK at all and you cannot reach anyone to speak to!?

We bought this because we were curious about the birds in our neighborhood. The build quality is fantastic (sturdy metal), and the video clarity is great. It holds plenty of seed. The App is user-friendly. The installation is easy; it comes with plenty of accessories, allowing us to mount it in various locations easily. We recently moved the feeder from our front yard to the backyard fence to find a quieter spot.
