About the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi requirement: the camera uses 2.4GHz because it offers better range and stability for smart devices, especially outdoors. That said, we understand that many users primarily use 5GHz networks today, and having to adjust router settings can be inconvenient. Your feedback has been shared with our product team. As for the account requirement, this is needed to ensure secure access to the live feed, device management, and firmware updates.
